This year is already not a good year for a few of us cyclists, but unfortunately worse for some ...

Not even two months after TBV broke his shoulder when crashing during a ride, he was hit by a car early afternoon today, and suffered broken ribs and a collapsed lung. This evening, he sent an email via iPhone from the ER, so fortunately he is doing well, considering the circumstances.

This incident reminds us to be always safe out there, try to compensate for inattentive drivers, and have enough luck to make it back safely; a few other cyclists in Saskatoon (Canada), Minneapolis and Cleveland were not as lucky yesterday and today, when they were struck by cars.

We wish TBV a full and quick recovery !
